“You” and “your” includes our customers and prospective customers.
Shop RV Parts Australia highly recommends that you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. Otherwise, the Customer acknowledges that the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
The Customer acknowledges that the shipping costs will be paid by the buyer at time of purchase. The price you see on the product page is exclusive of shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.
SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS AND DELIVERY
Be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations depending on the delivery destination. If you order two different items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Due to the volume of orders, we handle daily, it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
We utilise 3 shipping methods:

Big & Bulky

Small items: delivered by Australia Post
Items that weigh 22kg or less, and/or measure less than 1 metre long
How it works:
Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. Customers will receive a tracking number via email so that you can anticipate your delivery.
The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required.
If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Note: The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Product whenever they are tendered for delivery. In the event that the Customer is unable to take delivery of the Product as arranged then the Supplier shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for re-delivery.
At this moment in time our site cannot automate shipping for orders outside of Australia. Please contact us directly at email@example.com to find out if we are able to ship your selected item to your region.
All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments, additional shipping costs will be added to the purchase cost. This cost includes shipping insurance and delivery. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/ import fees and taxes which vary with every country.
Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
DEFECTS, DAMAGES AND LIABILITY- DELIVERY
It is very important that you check your order for damage before you sign for it. If your order has been damaged in any way, please ensure that you notify the delivery driver prior to signing for the delivery, and ensure they make a note of the damage. This will ensure that we are able to easily and quickly have your damaged goods shipped back, and a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
If you notice any transit damage to your goods, be sure to contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org
Further to this, we require goods to be fully unpacked and inspected within a reasonable timeframe (3 days maximum). Should you find damages upon unpacking your goods, please contact us immediately. Failure to raise issues regarding damages within 3 days of receipt of your delivery will void claim on having damaged items replaced.
