How do I know what size to order?
It can be tricky ordering any caravan parts online. The most challenging products to measure are anti-flap kitscaravan annexes, and 
privacy screens. If you aren't sure, contact us at 1300 MY SHOP RV or email us at info@shoprvparts.com.au and we can help you find the right size products for your needs. 
 

Do we offer Click and Collect?

We are an online store with a number of warehouses, however, at this time, we do not offer click-and-collect. 

 

How long will my postage take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from time of purchase. Your arrival time depends on its size and your location, but we aim to have each delivery fulfilled within 14 days from the initial purchase. Bulky orders like caravan awnings, screens, kitchen appliances, furniture and custom-made caravan accessories may take longer to deliver. What if your purchase is faulty or missing items?

If your purchase is damaged or faulty, email us at info@shoprvparts.com.au with details and photos if necessary.
 

What is your return policy?

While we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience at times you may want to return a product, please be aware no returned product/s will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please contact info@shoprvparts.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Please include your reference number or invoice number in any correspondence with our team.

What Payment do you accept?

The product I want is out of stock

For some products, we do offer pre-orders during the buying process. However, if you don’t see the product on our site or you are interested in locating an alternative similar product we are always willing to help. Please feel free to contact us at info@shoprvparts.com.au
