At Shop RV Parts Australia we only deal with highly regarded, industry leading manufacturers who have warranties that are specified and supplied subject to the product standards detailed by the manufacturer.
If the goods you have purchased cease to be within the warranty period, or need servicing, the appropriate place to contact is the manufacturer's / supplier's customer service centre. It is the supplier / manufacturer of these products that handles all service and warranty related issues for their individual products. Generally, if they can't resolve the issue over the phone, they will refer you to the closest service agent who can inspect, service, or diagnose and repair any faults that may be required in order to get your product back to proper working order. Shop RV Parts Australia will attempt to help facilitate the process between the customer and manufacturer if necessary.
Contact details of the customer service centres are supplied with the goods - e.g., in the owner's manual/handbook, or warranty booklet.
If you did not receive this information with your order, please contact us on email email@example.com and we will arrange to have the appropriate warranty information forward to you.
If a fault or problem is identified with an "Installed" product, the product will need to be taken to a manufacturer approved service/warranty agent for inspection and diagnosis of the issue. Once the fault is identified by the service/warranty agent as either Major failure or a warrantable defect, the manufacturer will offer a solution via the service/warranty agent.
