Engineered by AL-KO in Australia specifically for extreme off-road adventure, the new AL-KO Off-Road Ball Coupling incorporates extreme vertical and horizontal articulation as well as a quick & easy hitching design that requires no pin or hole alignment.

A totally proportional electric trailer brake control, the new PrimusIQ is self-levelling so no level adjustment is necessary.

For off road application AL-KO have developed a unique magnet specifically designed to prolong magnet life. This magnet is identified by a special high tech plastic core in the centre of the magnet.
This core should be periodically inspected for wear and the magnet replaced if excessive clearance or wear is evident. As the off road magnet does not use a magnet retaining clip, we suggest it is held in place for the initial installation by a light rubber band which will disintegrate on the first brake application. When purchasing, ensure you have selected the correct magnet for the correct side as a left and right hand side version is available.

Replacement jockey wheel for AL-KO jockey wheels. This replacement jockey wheel handle is fitted with a 6/8" grub screw.
A Jockey wheel clamp is used to fit a jockey wheel to your drawbar. This jockey wheel clamp is configured to allow for the jockey wheel to be removed when not in use or the towed trailer is in transit. The clamp is fitted with a steel threaded 90 degree handle. A soft touch coating has been applied to the handle in a high visibility red. The clamp can be either welded or bolted to your drawbar.
AL-KO jockey wheels include a serviceable part called a thrust bearing. Sticking or grinding when raising or lowering the jockey wheel is a typical sign that your thrust bearing and washers are due for replacement and the shaft is due for a clean. The AL-KO thrust bearing kit includes a thrust bearing, top washer and bottom washer.
